लखनऊ (मानवीय सोच) उत्तर प्रदेश में विधानसभा चुनाव हो रहे हैं. सत्तारूढ़ दल बीजेपी  में पार्टी आलाकमान से लेकर प्रदेश नेतृत्व तक सभी कमान संभाले हैं. ऐसे में उप मुख्यमंत्री डा. दिनेश शर्मा भी प्रचार अभियान को धार दे रहे हैं. इस बार प्रचार के दौरान डिप्टी सीएम दिनेश शर्मा ने BJP सरकार के 5 साल के कामकाज के जरिए बड़ी जीत दर्ज करने का भरोसा जताया है.

तीन अंक तक नहीं पहुंचेगी SP और BSP

डिप्टी सीएम शर्मा ने विपक्षी दल सपा  बसपा  और कांग्रेस  तीनों के तीन अंको नहीं पहुंचने का दावा भी कर रहे हैं. एक न्यूज़ एजेंसी से बातचीत में उन्होंने कहा कि बीजेपी को पहले से ज्यादा सीटें इस चुनाव मिलने जा रही हैं. BJP के लोग जनता का ध्यान मुद्दों से भटकाने के लिए चुनाव को हिन्दु-मुस्लिम और पाकिस्तान पर केंद्रित कर रहे हैं. विपक्ष के इस आरोप पर उप मुख्यमंत्री डा. शर्मा ने कहा कि जिन्ना और पाकिस्तान का जिक्र विपक्ष ने ही किया है. उनके पास बताने के लिए कुछ भी नहीं है. प्रधानमंत्री के लिए अंतिम समय की बात कर रहे हैं. बीजेपी नेताओं के लिए अपशब्दों का प्रयोग विपक्ष कर रहा है. यह उनकी खीझ है. विकास न कर पाने का दु:ख होने के बजाय इस प्रकार का आचरण करेंगे. यह उचित नहीं है.

जाट और किसान वोटों की नाराजगी पर जवाब

जाट और किसान वोटों की नाराजगी को लेकर पूछे गये सवाल के जवाब में उन्होंने कहा कि किसान पूरी तरह हमारे साथ है. तमाम किसान नेता हमारे पक्ष में हैं. किसानों के लिए बीजेपी सरकार ने बहुत काम किया है. किसान और कृषि आधारित नीतियां हमने बनाई है. विपक्ष केवल अफवाह फैला रहा है.

मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ चुनाव लड़ रहे हैं, उप मुख्यमंत्री केशव मौर्या भी चुनाव मैदान में हैं, अपने चुनाव लड़ने के सवाल पर डा. शर्मा ने कहा कि मैं संगठन से आया हुआ व्यक्ति हूं. मैं वार्ड से लेकर राष्ट्रीय स्तर तक काम कर चुका हूं. बीजेपी में सब कुछ संगठन ही तय करता है. पार्टी जो कहेगी वह करेंगे.

‘कोर्ट के मामलों में टिप्पणी नहीं’

अपराधी की पैरवी नहीं करनी चाहिए. लेकिन मृतक विकास दुबे की पत्नी को सर्टिफिकेट के लिए चक्कर लगाने पड़ रहे हैं, इस मामले में उन्होंने कहा कि जो मामला कोर्ट में हैं उस पर टिप्पणी नहीं की जानी चाहिए. अपराध के प्रति जीरो टालरेंस की नीति पर सरकार चल रही है. सबके साथ समान व्यवहार है. सबका साथ सबका विश्वास ही हमारा उद्देश्य है. यही कारण है सभी लोग हमारे साथ है.

खुशी दुबे के मामले में भी कहा कि यह मामला कोर्ट में है, इस पर कोई टिप्पणी ठीक नहीं है. प्रत्याशियों को लेकर बीजेपी कार्यकर्ताओं में नाराजगी के सवाल पर उप मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि बीजेपी अपने कार्यकर्ताओं का हमेशा ध्यान रखती है. पार्टी हमेशा छोटे-बड़े सभी कार्यकर्ताओं का ध्यान देती है.

विधान परिषद में बाहर से आने वालों को टिकट मिलने पर कहा कि बीजेपी अपने कार्यकर्ताओं का ध्यान रखेगी. जो पार्टी की नीति और सिद्धान्त पर खरे उतरेंगे उनको मौका मिलेगा. बीजेपी से टूट कर कई मंत्री सपा में चले गये, इस सवाल के जवाब में उन्होंने कहा कि हमारे यहां तीन की चर्चा है, लेकिन उनके कई दर्जन विधायक आ गए हैं. अति-पिछड़ा अनुसूचित वर्ग के लोग यहां आ गये. मंडल व जिलों की समितियां पार्टी में आ गयी हैं. उसकी चर्चा भी होनी चाहिए.

परफारमेंस पर टिकट देती है पार्टी

एक अन्य सवाल के जवाब में डा. शर्मा ने कहा कि बीजेपी परफारमेंस के आधार पर टिकट देती है. जिसका टिकट कटा है, उसे कहीं और मौका दिया जाएगा. पार्टी में सभी का सम्मान है. डा. शर्मा ने कहा कि बीजेपी दलित, आगड़े, पिछड़ों सबकी पार्टी है, यहां सबका सम्मान है. हम जाति के आधार पर नहीं कर्म के आधार पर कार्यों को संचालित करते हैं.

चुनाव जीतने पर पार्टी का मुख्यमंत्री कौन होगा, यह पूछने पर वरिष्ठ बीजेपी नेता ने कहा कि योगी जी हमारे पार्टी के शीर्ष नेता हैं. उनके नेतृत्व में हमने पांच साल कार्य किया है. भविष्य में एक अच्छे और उज्‍जवल प्रशासक के रूप में उनका नेतृत्व प्राप्त हो यह पार्टी पहले ही तय कर चुकी है. इस संदर्भ में राष्ट्रीय नेतृत्व का बयान पहले ही आ चुका है. इसमें शंका की कोई बात ही नहीं है.

‘हिट विकेट हुए सपा के नेता’

सपा ने 300 यूनिट फ्री बिजली और पुरानी पेंशन बहाली का मुद्दा उठाकर स्ट्रोक खेलने का प्रयास किया है, इस पर डॉ. शर्मा ने कहा कि ये हिट विकेट हो गये हैं. उन्होंने यह नहीं बताया कि 2005 में जब पुरानी पेंशन को खत्म किया गया, उस समय मुलायम सिंह की ही सरकार थी. उस समय इन लोगों ने क्यों नहीं इस मुद्दे को उठाया. 10 हजार करोड़ का अंशदान भी जमा नहीं किया. इसे बीजेपी सरकार में जमा किया गया. हमारी सरकार में जो 10 प्रतिशत का अंशदान था, उसे बढ़ाकर 14 प्रतिशत किया गया. वेतन भत्ता की प्रक्रिया को नई पेंशन में बरकरार रखा गया. पुरानी पेंशन के बेहतर विकल्प नई पेंशन में केन्द्र और राज्य द्वारा समाहित हो रहे हैं. उसके लाभ भी ज्यादा हैं.

उन्होंने आगे कहा कि ये लोग वह घोषणा करते हैं, जो कभी कर नहीं सकते हैं. जैसे 2012 इन्होंने 47 लाख घर देने के फार्म भरवाए थे, लेकिन बाद में दिए मात्र हजार दो हजार मकान. वहीं बीजेपी सरकार ने 2017 में 45 लाख मकान दिए. वही लोग अब बिजली के फार्म भरवा रहे हैं. जब जान गये कि किसानों का बिजली बिल बीजेपी सरकार ने आधा कर दिया तो ये उसे पूरा माफ करने की बात कह रहे हैं. ये लोग अर्नगल घोषाणाएं कर रहे हैं. हम किसानों के लिए अच्छे विकल्प लेकर आएंगे.

आवारा पशुओं के सवाल पर उप मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सपा सरकार में एक भी रुपए गौशाला के लिए नहीं दिया गया. हमारी सरकार में प्रत्येक जिले में गौशााला खोलने और गाय पालने के लिए एक निश्चित धनराशि दी जा रही है. कई गांवों में गौशाला खुली है, आगे और विस्तार होगा.

एक अन्य सवाल के जवाब में डॉ. दिनेश ने कहा कि विपक्षियों की जो सूची जारी हुई है, उसमें से अलादीन के चिराग से जैसे जिन्न निकला वैसे ही इनकी सूची से अपराधी निकल रहे हैं. यूपी फिर से अपराध ग्रस्त न हो जाए. यह अशंका मतदाताओं के बीच में पैदा हो रही है. ऐसे में बीजेपी इस बार पिछला रिकार्ड तोड़गी. सपा, बसपा और कांग्रेस तीन अंकों तक नहीं पहुंच पाएंगे.
