नई दिल्ली (मानवीय सोच) गोवा में आयोजित होने वाले इंटरनेशनल फिल्म फेस्टीवल ऑफ इंडिया (IFFI) के जूरी हेड नादव लापिड के खिलाफ गोवा पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज कराई गई है. इस आवेदन में कई तरह के आरोप लगाए गए हैं. इस संबध में सुप्रीम कोर्ट के एक प्रैक्टिसिंग एडवोकेट विनीत जिंदल ने मंगलवार को एक याचिका दायर की. उन्होंने नादव लापिड के खिलाफ गोवा पुलिस में शिकायत की है. शिकायत में कहा गया है कि नादव ने कथित तौर पर कश्मीर में हिंदू समुदाय के बलिदान को गाली दी.
नादव लापिड ने फिल्म द कश्मीर फाइल्स को वलगर और प्रोपोगेंडा कहा था. एडवोकेट विनीत जिंदल ने नादव लापिड के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज करने की मांग की है. उन्होंने कहा है कि लापिड ने कश्मीर फाइल्स फिल्म को लेकर जो टिप्पणी की है, उसके लिए भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 121,153,153ए और बी, 295, 298 और 505 के तहत केस दर्ज होना चाहिए. शिकायत में कहा गया है कि फिल्म ‘द कश्मीर फाइल्स’ कश्मीर में हिंदू नरसंहार की सच्ची कहानी पर आधारित है.
आरोप: कश्मीर में हिंदुओं के बलिदान को दे रहे गाली
फिल्म ‘द कश्मीर फाइल्स’ 1990 के दशक में इस्लामी आतंकवादियों द्वारा घाटी में कश्मीरी पंडितों के ‘पलायन और हत्याओं’ पर आधारित है. शिकायत में कहा है कि इस्लामिक आतंकवादियों द्वारा हिंदू नरसंहार पर एक सच्ची कहानी पर आधारित फिल्म का आह्वान करके कश्मीर में जो हुआ उसे ‘प्रचार’ और ‘अश्लील’ बताकर वह कश्मीर में हिंदुओं के बलिदान को गाली दे रहे हैं. नादव लापिड, अपमानजनक शब्दों का प्रयोग कर हिंदू समुदाय को निशाना बना रहे हैं.
